At Neshlin MedTech, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and fair experience for all our customers. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations may be accepted only before the order has been processed or shipped, subject to our sole discretion.
  • Digital course access, once granted, cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
  • Any request for cancellation must be made within 6 hours of placing the order for physical products.

Replacements

  • Physical healthcare products that are damaged in transit or defective upon delivery may be eligible for replacement.
  • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving such items, along with photographic or video proof of the damage.
  • Replacements will be issued only after verification and internal checks.

Note: There is no replacement available for digital services, consultations, or online courses once accessed or delivered.

Refunds

Refunds may be initiated under the following limited conditions:

  1. Prepaid but Undelivered Items: If a prepaid physical product was not delivered due to internal error.
  2. Defective/Damaged Items: If a delivered item was damaged in transit and a replacement is not possible.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
  • You must email us proof of damage or delivery failure.
  • Refunds will be processed after internal validation and may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Fees paid for online digital courses, medical consultations, therapy sessions, and other digital services are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
  • Please read all course and service details carefully before purchasing.
